Is there a dirty truth or dare for adults?
Yes, the “Filthy” level: questions and dares about sex, flirting and awkward nights, for groups who know each other well. It’s only on if you pick it. Nobody has to do anything that feels wrong: bottling it costs two sips, nothing more.
How many truth or dare questions are there?
120 cards: 15 truths and 15 dares per level. Once a level runs out, the deck is reshuffled.
Can you play without alcohol?
Yes. Instead of drinking, the group hands out a replacement dare or the player sits out a round.
